Children's Ministries at at Lazy Mountain Bible Church - Palmer, Alaska

SUNDAY MORNINGS:

Summer:  During the months of June, July and August we encourage experiencing the Worship Service as a family.    Classes for all ages will resume in September.  Coloring boxes are provided in the foyer to help younger children adjust to being part of the worship service.  Please check the online bulletin for weekly announcements concerning Nursery and Pre-school classes.   At this point in time we expect to be able to offer nursery for those Up to Age 3 at 9:15 and 0 up to Age 4 at 11:00.  A 3/4 Class will be available at 9:15.  There will be a Children's Church for ages 5 through 5th grade will meet in Room #14.  The theme for the Children's Church program is "God's Got Stuff to Do and He Needs Your Help!"  Any exceptions due to summer vacations we will try to announce at least a week ahead in the bulletin (which can also be view online)

WEDNESDAY NIGHTS

Pioneer Clubs for 5-10(age on August 15, 2009) meets on Wednesday nights at 6:45 p.m, October through April.  For more information, contact Debbie Kenny at ce@lazymountainbiblechurch.org or 745-2611. 

What is Pioneer Clubs?  Pioneer Clubs is a fun place where children can learn how to develop a relationship with Christ, and with those around them.  It is a time where they are challenged to grow spiritually by learning to study, memorize and apply Scripture.  It is a place where they can learn practical life skills or just have a great time playing group games.  Badges are earned through out the year as they work on their Bible and Activity skills.  Game time is a favorite time of each weekly meeting.  Parents can help in many ways:  such as providing snacks, teaching a skill area, or packing the car full of neighborhood children to join the fun!  Children are welcome to join Pioneer Clubs anytime through out the year.
