Equipping Tomorrows Leaders for Leadership Today
Youth In Training and Mission Trip Training are a series of classes designed to train and equip our present and fututre church leaders and teachers. While primarily designed for youth, adults are welcome to attend the classes as well.
To join the Youth In Training Program (YIT) a student must be at least 11 years old onAugust 15, 2007 AND in the Junior Youth Group. To be part of the Mission Trip Training ( MTT) Program students must be at least 14 years of age on August 15, 2007 and in Senior Youth Group.
Training classes are done once a year starting late January or early Febuary. YIT level I is required before Level II, or III can be taken, and YIT I and II must be taken before a student can take the MTT. Older students may want to complete all the classes in one spring, younger students may want to spread them out over several years.
This is the schedule for the spring 2008 classes for Youth In Training Level I. Dates will be added in the next couple of weeks for the Level II and MTT.
